The Super Amazing Me Kit

The Super Amazing Me Positive Self-Regulation Program helps 5-8 year-old children manage their emotions, thoughts and body to be able to handle everyday challenges. This program is recommended for both neurotypical and neurodiverse children (ex: ASD Level 1 & ADHD). 

12 Super Amazing Me Lessons are delivered through a play-based approach. The stories, games and crafts are fun but more importantly comprehensive so remembering and applying self-regulating practices are easy for the child.

• Emotional Self-Regulation: Topics like managing feelings and building friendships.
• Physical Self-Regulation: Emphasizing healthy eating habits.
• Mental Self-Regulation: Enhancing focus and concentration.
• Healthy Habits: Encouraging adequate sleep and other positive routines.
• Self-Regulation Techniques: Including strategies such as deep breathing and chair push-ups.

Parents are also invited to join the sessions, so the whole family can practice together.
