Super Amazing Me

The Super Amazing Me Positive Self-Regulation Program helps 5-8 year-old children manage their emotions, thoughts and body to be able to handle everyday challenges. This program is recommended for both neurotypical and neurodiverse children (ex: ASD Level 1 & ADHD).

12 Super Amazing Me Lessons are delivered through a play-based approach. The stories, games and crafts are fun but more importantly comprehensive so remembering and applying self-regulating practices are easy for the child.

Lesson Focus Areas:

Emotional Self-Regulation: Topics like managing feelings and building friendships.
Physical Self-Regulation: Emphasizing healthy eating habits.
Mental Self-Regulation: Enhancing focus and concentration.
Healthy Habits: Encouraging adequate sleep and other positive routines.
Self-Regulation Techniques: Including strategies such as deep breathing and chair push-ups.

Parents are also invited to join the sessions, so the whole family can practice together.

This ensures good carry-over. This is crucial because children thrive better in a well-regulated family environment.

The Super Amazing Me Kit includes Home Connection Kit. Both kits are needed to fully participate in the SAM Program. The kits include air dry clay, cards, markers, bowls, journal and books. All these materials enhances the program which makes learning fun and exciting.

The Super Amazing Me Coach Kit contains everything that a Super Amazing Me Coach needs. the materials are stored in a strolled luggage bag with locks this ensures comfort, security and easy transport.
